Free Prom Dress Giveaway: Student Registration

Need a dress for your 8th grade dance or junior/senior prom? We are able to assist you. Come join our event to receive your free prom dress. 

Dresses are donated and either new or gently used.

Why pay full price for a dress when you can get it for free with us.

 Terms and Conditions for event 

No purchase necessary for prom dresses. All dresses are FREE!!!!

• Must be registered on Eventbrite and present ticket at Check-In. (CHECK-IN CLOSES AT 1:30pm)
• Must be a student in grades 8, 11, or 12
• Must have school ID or recent report card 
• Students can not send others to shop for them
• Each student is allowed to bring one/1 guest
• Dresses are on a first come, first serve basis
• Dress selection is limited. Early arrival is strongly encouraged
• Each student may leave with 1 dress, 1 pair of shoes, 1 purse, & 1 set of jewlery.

Participating in the dress giveaway constitutes permission for Prom Queens Project and its agencies to use each student's name and/or likeliness in photo or video for advertising and/or promotional uses without any additional compensation only to promote the organization and event. By accepting the dress and/or prizes that are presented, you agree to hold Prom Queens Project, its licensors and suppliers, each of the foregoing entitles' parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, officers, directors, sponsors, and volunteers harmless for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the promotion of acceptance of any item.

 FAQs What are my parking options for the event? 

• The parking lot is located across the street fromthe building.  Street parking is alsoa available.

 What can I bring into the event? 

• We advise that you do NOT bring personal belongs such as bags, purses, bookbags, etc. since there will not be any secure place to hold your belongings. Prom Queens Project will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items on the premises or during the event.

 Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? 

• For faster registration, we ask that every student bring the printed copy or show the ticket on their electronic device.

 Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? 

• No, the name on the ticket MUST match the name on your school ID. You may not have another student come in your place. Each student must have their own ticket.

MEDIA WAIVER

By agreeing to this release form, I authorize Prom Queens Project  to use the following personal information: My picture–including photographic, motion picture, and electronic (video) images.

 I hereby grant permission to the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area.

 By signing this release I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public promotional setting.  There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. 

 By receiving a ticket to the event,  I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for promotional purposes.
